Laryngology practice has been evolving in the last two decades. The APOST-CUHK Advanced laryngeal imaging and intervention workshop provided an essence of laryngeal procedure including strobolaryngoscopy, narrow-band imaging and office-based laser technique. The course was well-organized in Prince of Wales hospital’s surgical skill center with remarkable speakers such as Prof. Martin Birchall and Prof. Markus Hess. A team of dedicated faculty were super-helpful with hand-on session. Thank you APOST for giving me an opportunity to join the course, this experience is going to advance my skills in laryngology field.

Target Audience

The intensive course is designed for otolaryngologists interested in the development of Narrow Band Imaging (NBI) and laser technologies.

Selected applicants will be sponsored to attend the three-day course with hands-on dissection. A scholarship comprising full course fee (HKD 5,500), accommodation during the workshop period (27 Feb - 1 Mar, 2019) and a travelling subsidy will be provided to candidates with full attendance in the training event.
